For the price point, quality of food and level customer service this place cant be beat. One of the few places in South Florida... that is worth what you are paying for. Sandwiches are super filling compared to other brands and definitely made of highquality ingredients! Edit Still go here frequently! Love the meal deal options and the new cashiers are awesome people. Theynow have rewards options and salad bowls as well. Pictures are still current! Read more

Pre ordered a Turkey/salami sub from here. While pick up time was not achieved (due to staffing) at this location, it was also... prime time (12p) so i understand and patiently waited. The sub was phenomenal and worth the wait. I would however get bettercustomer service training for the gentleman behind the counter handling guests (he?s a bit rough around the edges and certainlyrubbed a few folks the wrong way). Unfortunately after today Mr. M?s has lost a long time family in the their business. If we ever come back, it?ll only be the... stirling road location as after reading up the same owner doesn?t operate that one. The unprofessional guy Paul Maiers whoanswered the phone today at the university location is extremely rude, uncaring, belittling, and should not be running abusiness. He was so cold, careless, and rude when we called him explaining we just spent $12 on a sub that went in the garbage.The roast beef was old, brown, and dry! He refused for us to come another day or a refund. He had extremely snarky comments thatnonprofessional owner should ever make. ?Well I?m looking at fresh and pink roast beef now?. To make things even worse; he?slike a child and refused to give me his name after I kept asking. This location will be out of business soon. Horrible customerservice, no workers (wonder why when he?s that rude) and horrible old meat. Go to stirling location, laspadas, or even Publixbefore you come here! Read more

Ordered two sandwiches on Uber eats they came beyond rotten, I called the store and the manager advised me to bring them back... and they will remake them I didn?t want the subs remade right then and there because I was disgusted and Paul (the OWNER) momtold me I have two sandwiches as a credit. I went back 2 weeks later to get my two sandwiches and the the advised me they willnot remaking them 2 weeks later. No wonder you can?t keep employees there! I was a loyal customer and Paul I hope you see thisand know you lost a good customer!!!! I will never come back to this location. Read more

My 1st time here. The man at yhe counter was nice & patient. I ordered the small Philly w/ extra seasoning. I opted for no... mustard. It was good, but next time I'll get the mustard & extra onions & peppers. I'm sure it will be great. My partnerordered a ham & cheese & it was excellent as made. I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here and eat, especially if you have a darker skin tone. As soon as I walked in, I got... the feeling that I wasn't welcome from the staff. I came in today to pick up an UberEats order and immediately was met with norespect. After trying to pick up the order, the employee said that it "wasn't ready" in a condescending tone, even though theorder was right there on the counter. He then proceeded to speak to me in a derogatory manner, saying "don't pick up thingsbefore I tell you that it's ready" and then he proceeded to tell me to "take a seat". I told him that I was okay with standingup, and then he told me to take a seat again, to which I responded that I'm okay with standing up, and I even went out of theway of the counter. He seemed to be fed up that I wasn't allowing him to disrespect me, so then he proceeded to say "I'm notgonna give you the order anyway". So then I left. I had to cancel the order with UberEats and now somebody is without theirlunch because of the staff's unnecessary and blatant rudeness. The incident was also reported to UberEats support. Used to love this place, but they no longer take phone orders. Can't place an online order while I drive, so too bad. Foods... good, but tf you can't take an order over the phone? I mean you answering the phone to tell me you won't take my order as justas funny as me pulling over to leave this review. You don't want my business, no worries, but if I'd been in the position toplace a mobile order I would've, but some of us drive for work and need that 4 mins.
