Love that they have a drive-thru. It makes it so much easier. And they always seem to have great deals. The kids love the extra... pepperoni thin crust pizza. The wait time at the drive thru is so long. I waited 1 hour! Got up to the window, the guy took my order and told me to go... around and wait in line again to pick up my order. He didn?t do that with anyone else that was waiting in front of me? So whyme? Even when I came back around, he let the people in front of me wait instead of telling them to go back around? My senior citizen father went to pick up a pizza?expecting it to be hot. When he got the pizza and it looked like it wasn?t hot... and fresh he asked simply for another one and the manger said ?you can take it or leave it?. Ain?t that something? Just picked up a special order and both pizzas were warm when they were supposedly "right out of the oven" (per the tracking... app) Both orders of crazy bread are way undercooked. Never placing another order at this mediocre shop again. Yuk! Read more
As a Detroit native ( home of little cesars ) I've been eating it for 34 years. I can say this was absolutely the WORST pizza... I've ever had at ANY little cesars. Deep dish pizza was raw . Not even half cooked. I will never eat here again . Mistakes aremade but this is like the third time I've gotten a terrible product from this location. Odds are the owner knows how bad thepizza is and will never respond to this review because no matter what there is always a demand for cheap pizza. Go to any otherlocation . Read more
Thin crust pizza really good, store lacks necessary employees to handle rush times. My first visit took 25 minutes for one pizza... and crazy bread. Way too long along with the other 12 people waiting for orders at the same time. A normal look for Caesars, oneof the main reason I stopped buying from them. Read more
Placed an order though the app at 12:25pm. Said it would be ready for pick up 12:47. I got to the store at 12:55 to give them a... few extra minutes as I know they?re normally busy. I surprised when there were no cars in like at the window. A lady insidelooked like she was working with a customer so I waited patiently. After she completed that transaction she was led over towhere 2 other employees were standing and proceeded to have a conversation with them in plain view of the window for 20 minutes,one of the women looked at me once but never acknowledged me. I saw another employee a young Hispanic man help 2 customers atthe counter that came in after me and the now 7 cars behind me got there. (3 cars then pulled out of line I would have done soas well if I didn?t pre pay) cars started honking, still no acknowledgment from anyone on the staff. Finally the 2 other womanwalk out the door, get in a car and leave together. The woman in the store opens the window and says a paragraph to me inSpanish (which I don?t speak) I tell her my name she closes the window, starts helping customers at the counter. Then theyounger Hispanic man comes to the window, asks my name, brings me an order, I look on the box and it was foe someone namedShirell, my name is Anthony? so not even close? I give him the order back. Finally ANOTHER employee a young black man comes andasks my name and gets my order and I left at 1:28pm.
