The food was good, but I basically spent $30 on 1 Individual Meal (General Tso Chicken). When I asked for extra soy sauce to-go,... I see the male employee behind the cash register only put 1 soy sauce in my bag…… Poor Customer Service and Highly Expensive$$$. This is my first time visiting, and I can assure you it will be my last. Read more

Today while my family went to eat, their customer service was terrible. They also charged us extra for our tea. It wasn’t busy... at all and their food didn’t taste as good as before. I ordered a whole roasted duck and it coasted $40.00 and they refusedto give us sauce. Who in the world doesn’t give sauce for the roasted duck. Read more

2 In for dinner on a Wed. at 4. Not busy. Server had a VERY strong accent and thru a mask was hard to understand. The reason I... drove from North Miami was the crispy pork. NO crispy pork!! It's cooked in the morning so the best time to get it is at lunchtime. They open at 11. Ordered: 2 meat dinner (roast duck & roast pork) $19.95 The pork was over cooked and very dry. The duckwas tasty but being cleaver chopped it was mostly bones. The portion was very small for the price. Ordered: 1/4 roast duck .$12.50 Same as above rating. Side dish of sauteed snow pea tips with garlic. $16.95 Tasty and enough for 2. Too far away to goback Read more

My quest for excellent Chinese food in South Florida is still unfulfilled. I was excited to try this restaurant because it has... a very interesting menu. House special pan fried noodles are not their specialty, nor are the egg rolls. Both of which Iordered. The bill was $26.90. I lived in Los Angeles for 12 years and these pan fried noodles were subpar IMHO. They weren’tevenly heated and the goopy brown sauce was dumped on top. I’m not sure if the sauce came out of a bottle but it tasted likefive Chinese spice /Hunan sauce. My palate for Chinese food is more fully developed than the Americanized version servedhere. There may have been one shrimp in the dish but I don’t recall seeing it. I suspect if you order barbecue pork or one oftheir soup dishes it may be authentic and excellent. The service Was just OK. The waitress was Chinese as well as several ofthe patrons. My communication was limited with her due to my limited Chinese language skills. I can’t help feeling that I gotthe white person meal and not the Authentic version. So unfortunately this is going to be a pass for me in future. Read more

LOVE crispy pork? This was BEST EVER, the skin was crispy all the way through! Chef Hong has a reputation for making the best... Roast Meats even Chinese chefs admire, that’s how I found out about it. Wow, so worth it. Of course, I ordered a slab ofcrispy pork to take home for hubby to try. Click to see a scrumptious Triple combo roast meat with Bok Choy and oyster sauce. We polished off the Fried Dumplings, they were a perfect starter! Hong’s is round the corner from Foodtown at The Shops atStirling Place. It’s a really lovely clean strip mall with a French Bakery and a superb market. Read more

Easy to find on Google map, its inside a shopping plaza, even though sign is black with red contrast. Very clean place, small... about 40 settings, gets busy very quickly. Food very delicious, had Chinese vegetables with minced garlic, beef chow fun, grouper filet with fried tofu, (my fav) , and for appetizer had a four combo...which consists of slice Roast pork, cripsy duck, pork with crispy skin (chicharone), and ginger/scallion chicken. All were very delicious. Would definitely go back again. Read more

I tried this place for first time and loved it. As I walked in the door I was instantly reminded of some of the best restaurants... from China town in New York. We were surprised how big the menu was and ordered several dishes to share. Everything we tried wasdelicious and we all agreed was superior to most other restaurants in the area. I really love the bbq dishes and went thereexcited to try them. Unfortunately, most of the bbq had already run out at the time. What I did get to try was fantastic and Ican't wait to go back a little earlier to try even more. This is my new favorite place for great Chinese food. Read more
