The staff was kind , establishment is clean yet had their hands tied when the app didn't provid me with a birthday sub. What's... the point of having an app with all your info yet not coming through for their customers!! Please corporate fix this system.Some of us look forward to these small things in life. Unfortunately these delicious subs are so stupid. It's crazy. My wife and I decided to order two subs not on special. We got... them with veggies and swiss cheese added bacon the whole thing. 50 bucks for two subs. They were great BUT never again. Weconsider this extremely stupid. We recommend you make a sandwich at home and save the half a tank of gas represented here.You'll just feel bad about spending it???? Read more
Went by yesterday for a quick pickup which was everything but that. Staff was unaware that the order was placed. One staff... member was leaving as one stayed and another came in, the entire time conversations being had between all parties were centeredin "edibles" and profanity. I was however invited to stay and watch Pointbreak since my order took a while to be prepared. Thislocation is lacking of supervision of employees. The sandwich was soggy and salad was made with old lettuce (brown throughout).Please have management work with your employees a bit more to avoid losing even more customers to poor service. Read more
Came here after a bad experience at another shop. The guys that worked today Aug 8,2022 at 11:30 where great. I am horrid with... names but they were bother nice to talk with, made great suggestions and the food was great. Will definately not mind driving acouple extra milea for such service. Thank you! Taste is good but "small" sandwich should be called"micro" in size and proportionally are expensive.
