Filthy -yet empty- dining room. Burnt, old, stale, undrinkable coffee. No donuts in the display, they went to ?the back? to get... me two jelly donuts. One was filled with something brown, not jelly. Can't go inside, no signs about that, had to walk and order through the drive-thru...more expensive then other dunkins...paid... for a large coffee and they still wanted to charge me $1 for a small cup of tap water....really? even Starbucks doesn't chargeyou for tap water? Read more

Absolutely terrible. Not once have they ever gotten my order right in the drive through. Even if I order online and have the... donut I wanted selected for example, so all the have to do is get the right one and they can?t even do that. So you can forgetabout them getting your coffee order correct! And if you order multiple bakery items they just toss them in a bag all together.No napkins of course either???? and not to mention the attitude. Read more

Found a FLY in my egg & cheese English muffin. They tried to compensate me with a measly $25 gift card to keep my mouth shut but... they obviously didn't know who they were dealing with. I went to the establishment to pick up the gift card the owner left forme and THERE WERE STILL FLIES LANDING ON THE DONUTS THEY'RE SERVING PEOPLE AND LANDING ON THE COFFEE MACHINES. Absolutelydisgusting. Flies carry MANY diseases and to think I almost ate one makes me disgusted. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Thereare many other decent ones near it.
