The most horrible Dunkin the people there are rude . I hope they replace the cashier both the lady and the guy they are so... unprofessional. I arrive with my husband, and we waited in a line at the back of the door, once I got to the front I was still viewing the menu... and the cashier was still bagging the previous customer's items. As she was folding the bag she shouted rudely "give me aminute" although I said nothing to her" with no other person near her or in front of her. then as she turned to obtain myorder, "what you want?" I overlooked the rudeness, proceeded with my order asked for dark-roasted coffee she replied againrudely "we don't do dark roast anymore. I then decided not to purchase from this location. I am not aware of the cashier's namebut the attitude of the cashier was a horrible experience. Although she had bee hive hair style she was not able to give goodhoney service. Read more

I waited 40 mins for a bagel to only be told they sold the last one right infront of me. many people ordered and got their food... after me and the staff just kept saying "it's coming" and it never came. I asked for a refund and they said they could not doit! highly unprofessional! Read more
Only 2 workers, no working restrooms(no way of washing for hamotzei). This place has gone down hill so hard. It's nothing like... it used to be when it first opened. Expect to wait long time for your food to be made. A looong time. Read more
