Super sweet people working here! The person who helped me with my order was friendly, and so great at giving me the perfect... combination of ice cream flavors and toppings in my cup. It got a little packed shortly after I got there, but they seemed to bedoing a great job keeping the line moving. Would definitely come again!! Read more

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The service has really declined, there were 5 people working, and a line to the... door, but 2 kept walking around trying to ?look? busy, while 1 was only doing online orders, and the 2 that were making people?sorders where so slow! The place was disgusting and one of the workers just kept loading up the ice cream, I?ve included apicture, maybe she should?ve stopped for a freaking second on her mountain of ice cream and helped the people standing in line!They were all just wearing sweats behind the counter, like no pride in their job at all. The guy making my ice cream put a lidon it for some reason, then when I asked the lady doing online orders if she could please give it to me, she just said it mustbe to go and didn?t give it to me. I have never been treated so rude before!! The guy who prepared my ice cream had such a bad attitude. Didn?t crush any of the... add-ons I put on my order. He just mixed it and threw it in the container. This is unacceptable!! There were left overs of theice cream that he didn?t even try to fit in the container and i asked if he could give it to me in a small container. He said??of course not ma?am and threw it in the garbage.? I get ice cream in another location all the time and they always give me theextras without even asking.
