Went to location for breakfast. Ordered using mobile app which is on me because of the royal crown points. Ordered 3 items all... containing bacon. Got to the drive up order screen and no signage, gave my name, and pulled up to be told they are out of bacon.I asked them to cancel the order and they said all mobile orders have to be cancelled via the app. Again my issue since I choseto use the app, but huge inconvenience. When a restaurant sells several items that they run out of stock on an ingredient itpoor planning. I reached out to Jessica from support and she researched the transaction and refunded me. We placed a mobile order and we were told that due to supply delays, the Oreo milkshake mix wasn?t available as well as any... other flavor. We received one vanilla cone and asked if the shake could be replaced with a cone. We were then informed the softserve was out (after the first cone they gave us). We then asked the employee if we could replace it with something else such asa Hershey pie. The manager became visibly upset with the employee (and us as customers) and was very disrespectful. He came tothe pick up window and told us he is ?not paid up front for the item when we use the app? and that he was doing us a ?favor? byreplacing it. As far as I know, an item should be replaced or a refund should be issued if the product is unavailable. Thismanager was very rude to his employees and customers. We were given the pie and the other employees were very kind and helpful.But I made the manager aware that he was being unprofessional. There is no respect or quality control here. It?s reallydisappointing. All we were asking was for the item we paid for or a replacement. Never again, get the nasty manager out ofthere! This was the male manager on duty today, 10/24 around 4pm. Probably shouldn?t eat low quality, unhealthy ?fast? food, but sometimes it just hits the spot. But only come HERE if you want... bad food with a side of the most exquisitely pathetic, utterly disgusting, superbly terrible attitude from people who apparentlyhate their lives and you and the world. At my recent (and last-ever) visit, the drive thru worker ignored me for so long (evenafter making eye contact), I finally left without my paid-for mobile order. I guess I should thank them for the health benefitof not having to eat their ?food??so for that, I?m adding a star! Read more

Horrible! Soggy old burger, ketchup all over the outside of the bun..then when I asked for a refund, she got upset and said "No... refunds"..wow really..I beg to differ. I will never be returning to this location. Save yourself the aggravation and money.. Read more
