Be aware this people will cheat on your food special if you order with cheese. They will charge you but they won't pit it on.... Also if you make a big order they wont put all your items, please check your food before you leave the store. Managers have alsoa poor customer service. Read more

I must say, this has to be the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I did drive through and ordered two number, ones with... cheese and one with bacon and no sauces. Mind you; they had no other customers behind me. My order was made wrong. And theydidn't even put the cheese. So I walked inside to correct it, and no one seemed to want to help. In the mix of having my orderremade, the young lady making my food stopped to use her phone and made my order with the same gloves. On top of that, thecheese was placed on top of pickles and tomatoes, not even on my burger. And I paid for bacon and got one piece. This is crazy;what a waste of money. I didn't even eat my food because it was handled unsanitary. don't go to this store; they are veryunprofessional. My family and I were let in by another customer. There was no sign at the door that said no dining in. We waited there for 10... minutes until a staff member saw us. The place looks understaffed. When the staff member saw us he said that the lobby wasclosed, even though there were 5 customers dining in and told us to go through the drive through. I think it was unprofessionaland not well organized. There should be a sign that says no dining after a certain time. Not the greatest experience. Keep inmind, this was all before 7 pm. Read more

Went thru drive thru, using mobile app to redeem an offer ($3 Whopper Wednesday). After waiting in line for 15 minutes, an older... gentleman who looked like the manager says he cannot take my rewards app code because I was supposed to mention it at thespeaker when he took my order. How was I supposed to know? There were signs at the speaker box but they were alladvertisements..I went back to check and there was literally zero signage about it. I'm not expecting perfect customer service,but he could've just entered a new order with my code, as it was simply one burger. Whatever, I can accept that I could've beenthe one in the wrong. However, I decided to walk inside the lobby and replace the order since he cancelled it all together anddid not allow me to pay full price at the window after saying I should'veread the signs. There were only 3 workers that I couldsee on the floor: the manager on DT, a lady at the register who was also helping out pass food to DT, and the worker in the backmainly handling the food. No wonder they were moving slow and didn't care, they were understaffed and tired. Still unexcusablewhen part of your job is customer service. I'll give them a break for that nonetheless. Further, I proceed with my order, aregular Whopper with extra pickle, regular mustard and light mayo. After checking out I see my receipt says Impossible Whopper.Alright, no biggie. As I'm waiting, I see the initial manager at DT who was taking orders, help out and grab a large fry forsomeone at the window. It sounds perfectly fine, what could be wrong? Well, he was not wearing gloves (might not be theirstandard) AND touched the fries he was serving with his bare hands. Went at lunch time in the day they started selling their new hand breaded chicken sandwiches. We ordered two, one each with... mozzarella sticks. They came barely warm and therefore quite greasy. It was real chicken, but the sauce was not a goodflavoring. Not to be compared with Popeyes, if you are thinking of this as an alternative. Clean restaurant, love the new renovation! Fries were exceptional and the person taking my order was friendly. Definitely coming... back to this one. Hopeful that they will open up the playground soon for the kids. Read more
