It?s a Burger King, not expecting much here? but come on somethings.. They are out of syrup in the coke machines (this has been... for days) No sweet & sour sauce Orders will take on average 5-10mins so be patient. This is an ownership/managementissue The playground is nice, they turn off the a/c. Under staff! We have been here a few times and Everything always takes forever. This time we Waited at the counter for 10 mins... with no line just to order. Then another good 5 mins just to get ketchup. Sodas were flat and flavorless. It taste just seltzerwater. The lady said they needed the syrup but since there were only 2 employees she couldn?t go to the Back to get it andrefill it. So we had to drink water even tho we paid for sodas. I ordered the $6 special which includes a choice of a Rodeo double cheeseburger or a bacon double cheeseburger. I requested the... Rodeo double cheeseburger. My burger was a disappointment. Instead of what I ordered, I got one patty, old onion rings betweenthe bread, the fries were old and salty and the chicken fries were hard and dry. I tried calling the store to complain, and Igot a voicemail box that was too full. Managment needs to do better. Read more
This is the worst Burger King ever. I order meals and the young lady who handed the meals were very rude. Shoving the food at me... and giving me attitude when I asked if ketchups . Then she slammed the window. I then honked my horn to speak with manager whoapologized. I run a business too and these attitude are unacceptable. While the manager she opt to close the window. On arrivinghome and checked my order i was missing 2 nuggets from and 8pce nugget meal. This is my worst experience at a Burger King. Read more
OMG! It saddens my heart. When I was a child my dad use to take us to Burger King every Saturday night and as a young adult I... would stop by the restaurant for the original chicken sandwich. Burger King has gone to the dirts. The food is the same buttaste bad. The service is even worst. My last visit was 8/27/2022 on Nob hill near 5 -95 expressway. Well, I vow to never eatthere again. The photo shows a lot more bacon than what was put on my hamburger! They need to turn down the carbonation in the soda fountain!... I remember food from Burger King being much better quality and tasting than what I got today! Read more
This burger king never has many items listed on the menu. Asked for shakes, machine doesn't work, asked for ice-cream, same... machine that doesn't work. Asked for 3 items on the menu and they had none of those available. Finally opted for something theyhave available which was the chicken sandwich and it was undercooked and flavorless. Threw both out. Poor management. This isn'tthe first time that I've gone there. There is always no availability on basic things. Cashiers should start with all things notavailable before a customer places an order. Read more
Last time I come to this burger king. Worst staff that don't care, everytime I order something it's wrong. I ordered 2 bacon... double cheese burgers and received single pattie bacon cheeseburgers. Ok not the worst mistake but the burgers looked like somesat on them. Bacon was way overcooked and barely had any on them. Last time I was here I sat in the drive through for 10 minutesand nobody came on the speaker to take my order. Should have known then. So many better burger king's to go to then this one. Imean look at the reviews. The first 12 are 1 star. Speaks volumes. Obviously whoever manages this place doesn't care what soever. Very sad. Don't waste your money here. Read more
