Worker was very nice and served our ice cream in no time.
Worst customer service ever at this location. Definitely don?t order online. They accept your money but when you arrive they... tell you they don?t have the flavors. Speaking to the manager is like winning the lottery (you wait a lifetime and it neverhappens). The people working there are so rude. I urge anyone to not purchase from this location. Read more
4/30/2022 - Hours posted on line and on the door for Saturday night was 11pm. We arrived at 10:15 pm and it was all lit up but... the door was locked. Looking thru the front glass, the employee was on their cell phone in the back and signaled to us thatthey were closed. Very disappointing. Read more
I came with my family around 10:45pm and this place was already close. It was supposed to be close at 11:00pm. There was a guy... eating on a table at the outside and told us that the employees close around 10:30pm. When they saw me and my family at theparking spot at the front they quickly hide in the back. My experience here was not good. The young lady who prepared my "warm cookie sundae" was not at all interested. She had... terrible customer service skills . Her bad attitude was a reflection of this terribly made sundae. Read more
