Been there a few times and never had a positive experience. They never have food ready and rarely give you all of your food.... Tonight was the last straw for me. First we waited 15 minutes for our food because it wasn?t ready, Sandwiches are inedible.Chicken was half the size, overdone and dry, and they gave each of us half of a tomato. Ordered a side of mashed potatoes and received a raw piece of meat in it. How could you mess up something so simple . Not to... mention the rude manager with 4 inch nails that scratched me when I exchanged my card with her. Not even a year in and this newlocation has become a waste of space. Read more

Would love to give a ZERO review rating! Where is the corporate management group who should clean house of ALL employees?... ....Stopped by yesterday with a friend. I have not eaten at a Bojangles in a long time. Went in about 1:30 not many customers.We were the only folks in need of ordering. Out of the bathroom came a male employee with his pants hanging down with hisunderwear out! Crazy. We were ready to order but no one helped us to take the order, so we turned and walked out!
