What a hidden gem. We were passing through Davenport on our way to Seattle and stopped to stay the night at a motel nearby.... Davenport is a nice small town with only a few places to choose from, my wife wanted a chicken sandwich so we picked Tribune.Wow we were blown away, the Rueben was the best I?ve ever had and I?ve had them everywhere. They have these red pepper poppersthat were also AMAZING!! The owner was on site and came and talked to us, he was funny and really gave our meal personal andmemorable touch. I hope to return whenever we are back in Washington. Read more
Went there with great expectations and was terribly disappointed. Ordered the ribs and they came out unseasoned and tasted like... they had freezer burn. I talked to the owner of the business and asked for an exchange. She proceeded to blame me for theproblem. She continued to be rude and disrespectful to me. I?ve never been there before and couldn?t understand the rudeness. Ithen asked for a refund and was refused the chance to. Me and the owner went back and forth and never got my refund. Despite thefact that I barely touched the food. If you want fresh food and great customer service don?t come here. Read more
I had the Ruben and it was the best I've had. Fries were delicious as well with just the right crunch on the outside. They also... had a good beer selection. I've also had much of their BBQ as takeout and there's nothing I've had that wasn't amazing. Read more
Stopped after seeing reviews while traveling through...and glad we did. Pulled pork and onion rings were amazing..as well as... their fry sauce. Our waiter was outstanding and super friendly as well. Glad to support great local places. Read more

First time going and the customer service was extremely courteous and professional. The atmosphere was very warm and... welcoming. The food overall was pretty bland and could use some seasonings. I'm not a professional chef nor food critique. However, my Grandmother has had and ran a couple of restaurants, and her food was always on point. 1.)Some of our PineappleCoconut Shrimps were undercooked, and the coconut was subtle in taste. (I recommend cooking the shrimp to a golden brown, andalso recommend homemade coconut batter.) 2.)Coleslaw was bland. I couldn't taste the vinegar or any seasonings. It tasted likecold cabbage. (I recommend adding a squirt of lemon/lime, a dash of sugar, a dash of salt/pepper and other necessaryspices/seasonings.) 3.)The Chicken Fried Steak was bland as well. The vegetables were delicious and on key (I recommend briningthe steaks prior to battering. The batter was peppery and overpowering.) 4.) The sweet potato fries were undercooked and somewere wilted, however the salt was perfect. (I recommend adding an Italian/sweet and salty season to the fries and frying themjust a little bit longer. 5.) The BBQ sauce didn't smack me with any new flavors, pretty basic sauce, and not enough sauce wasgiven. (I recommend offering different flavors of sauce during ordering. I don't know if they have other options but I wasn'tgiven an option to choose.) Overall I was satisfied with the food in a small town setting. I will definitely be going back andgive an updated review. I look forward to my next visit. Thank You. Read more
