We order here ALL the time. You can't beat the $10 Tuesdays! I ordered an original crust pizza, they given me a thin crust. I... didnt realize until I had already cooked it. (I thought the dough would rise) We called and talked to them they said bring itback and gave us a new one, also told us to pick 2 sides from the case. Great customer service. Read more

We've always gone here for years, never had a problem. Till now, the customer service there is not good. They messed up my pizza... two times in one night and laughed about it. I live across town and I didn't find it very amusing. I thought I would give themanother shot, and they messed it up again. It was storming by the time I got home and I didnt want to drive all the way back soI called and talked to a manager. She said she was sorry and they were going to give me a free family size pizza. Well I calledto order that pizza and they said they had no record in their book of messing up my pizza, and again laughing in the background.They told me I must have ordered from devils glen as I told them I live in Davenport why would I go in another town to getpizza. Maybe I should have as they seem to mess up so much. I told them I would contact corporate and wanted all their names. Iam appalled at the way this business is being ran. I got the "pan" style pepperoni and it cooked up just fine in my oven. This pizza is absolutely terrible. Ive had better... experiences eating digiorno and I paid 13 bucks for this pie. This is not the employee/ managenents fault as I could taste themassive amount of preservatives they stuffed into this horrendous dough and ingredients. If you know anything at all about goodpizza do yourself a favor and stay away from this chain. Id take lil caesars over this anyday and I hate little caesars lol. We have always loved their pizzas, thin and regular crusts. The portions of toppings are great! Wished there was a way that... management could figure out to hire more help or help out more during busy hours (this is the 3rd time I have placed an order online one full hour before pick up and when I get there it's not ready and have to wait 15 or 20 minutes longer) What could bedone to help with the waiting issue especially after ordering an hour ahead? But the staff (only 2 this time on a Fridayafternoon) were still kind and very hard working. Read more

The manager, Rica, has amazing dedication to customer service. I don't know of many people who would come to work and display a... great attitude while also dealing with a broken foot, but Rica gives it her all. I was getting dinner tonight and Papa Murphy's sounded great. Got to the store at 801pm and walked in not knowing that they were... actually closed. Was going to leave and figure something else out but Unrica insisted that I place my order anyway. She wassuper friendly and caring. I found out that she's the new GM at this location.
