Our waitress was good at the beginning... But Somewhere in the middle after we received our food she went MIA .... or she went... on break maybe but we still needed items like silverware, drinks and straws. She did redeem herself at the end and gave us allfresh garlic bread to take home. Overall the food was good and so was the atmosphere. Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant. Read more

The last few times I've been here the service has been pretty bad but nothing compares to tonight. Starting with the Hostess,... there would be a table of 2 walk in and request to dine in and she would quote them 30 minutes, then a minute..maybe two wouldgo by and another 2 people would walk in and the other host quoted an hour....?? Not quite sure how anyone can explainthat. Then onto the dining experience, my table of 2 was served by Peyton H. And at first he was great we had our order readyfor him to take the first time he came to the table, he took it and immediately brought us back salad and bread...we neverreceived our drinks (water and soda) we never saw him at our table the remainder of the night. I had to ask for our drinks bythe person who brought out the food. After that no one was ever at our table. I had to grab my own to-go boxes since I was notgetting service. I paid my bill on the kiosk, only for the server, peyton to come to the table when all of the food is packed upand paid for and ready to go. Not quite sure what he wanted when he came to to table at that point. During the dining experiencePeyton was able to take care of the surrounding tables he was assigned to, but made my table feel very invisible andunimportant. I was here this afternoon, i was seated next to two sisters having dinner. The one woman started to have a seizure and the staff... was amazing. I was sitting right next to her and they noticed her immediately. They had someone call 911, the manager i believewas cooling her and taking directions from 911. They stayed with her until the ambulance took her and we STILL had our food veryfast. You could tell they reall cared. Read more

Worst greeters and seaters I have ever come across in my life , they seated 2 families of 4 that came in 20 minutes after our... party of three and no they did not have a reservation. We will never return to that location again. Now the only reason the onestar was given was because of our awesome server (Isaac) a shy and timid young man but once we made him laugh he was comfortableand did the best job I have ever seen at that location. Went for a late lunch. Everything was super fresh and very delicious. Our server was great, very prompt and polite. Our drinks... never went dry and the overall store appearance was very clean. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. All employees stayedbusy. A very pleasant experience. Read more
