Everything is always out. Its always something when I come here and hard part is you cant even call to ask if they?re stocked... with everything or if their system is running (which sometimes its not). The service wasn?t friendly. The servings were different for people of color our serving one scoop but others two or three and... not charged twice or double the amount. I actually sat and watched. I had tonask for a scope of rice the server gave me half aspoon so you can imagine I wasn?t given barely any chicken and a drip of queso. The total was close to 20 dollars for such asmal serving. Ordered online for pick up. When we were about to start eating I realized all the food was missing the veggie fajita mix. I... went back to the store so they could add the missing ingredients. The woman at the counter had an attitude immediately and whenI told her every item we ordered was missing the veggie mix I got a a snappy reply " Well that's because we don't haveany." Umm okay well I wouldn't have went here if I knew I wasn't going to get what I paid for. The employees didn't want tomention every item we ordered was wrong due to missing the veggie fajita mix.. but they made the order anyway. We didn't gwtsorry or anything just attitude. Now we all have something we didn't order and it was expensive. You shouldn't make an orderthat isn't complete in the hopes the customer won't notice until they are far away. That's just rediculous. And seeing as theywon't have any veggies for at least the rest of the night, anyone ordering online getting the fajita veggie mix will be prettydisappointed when they get home to realize they paid for an incomplete order. I'd like to mention they were apparently out ofthis ingredient for hours before I ordered. Now I have to go buy ingredients and cook to fix the food we got. I was trying toavoid cooking tonight due to being exhausted but I'll have to cook now.. Which defeated the purpose of going here in the firstplace! This location has always been hit or miss anyway but c'mon. I feel sorry for all the people who didn't get what theypaid for tonight. Not that chipotle would care, they get money either way. Chipotle is great. I am a person who needs at least 3,000 calories a day and with a Chipotle meal I can easily consume 750... delicious calories in one sitting. Whenever I am feeling hungry, I can count on Chipotle to keep me going for about two or threeglorious hours. The employees are perfectly polite and I never have to wait in line for long. That being said, the chicken has alot of gristle and fat. The bathrooms are also sub-par. And as of late, their food has been incredibly spicy. Despite this,Chipolte is a true culinary delight. I?ve been ordering chipotle weekly for at least five years and I think this is it for me. The food is either really good or... really bad or they miss something. This time, the beans severely undercooked. Who wants to eat a burrito with hard beans in it?That?s tough to swallow especially, when you spend $65 with delivery on three burritos and some chips.
