Said they had been cutting fresh lettuce all day and then serves rotten lettuce. Only three stars because they replaced it and... we're nice. I want to add that Casey's pizza will still outshine all other Midwest pizzas (looking at you Happy Joe's). 90% ofthe time Casey's pizza is 5 stars imo. Read more
They NEVER have pizza made by slice ???????? The staff is so slow and rude and everytime I come in this 300+ lb pizza maker guy... is making fun of customers and cussing and super unprofessional. Good selection but I get very irritated that every time I go into the store between at lunch or after work there is never any... pizza made but the employees behind the pizza counter are joking and playing around and I have to leave or wait on my break forthem to cook something that?s supposed to be readily available during peak hours.. very disappointing. Usually would give them 4-5 stars but went in to Division and 53rd the other night late like 2am for smokes and a slice or two... of pizza. Got the smokes but the pizza had look like it been in the warmer rack for several hours so passed on the pizza. Read more

Took an hour and a half for pizza and the manager, Rachel is a liar. I called for an update after an hour and she stated it was... on the way. She failed to apologize for the delay as well. We live 1 mile away if that so when I still didn't receive my pizza15 minutes later I called back again. Another employee answered and stated it had just left. I said funny that I was told that15 minutes ago and was not happy i was lied to. Rachel then jumped on the phone to say that she didn't lie and it was on its way15 minutes prior and was rather rude. Call me crazy but pretty sure it didn't take over 20 minutes to drive a mile max.Completely disrespectful and poor customer service. Read more
