This has to be one of the most poorly managed Wendy's stores. The staff always acts like they don't want you to even be there.... I'm pretty sure the manager was working the window tonight and I don't think they could find a more unfriendly person. Shebarely spoke and when she did, she was terribly rude. When I got home, opened my sandwich, it was missing half the things thatwere supposed to be on it. I would highly suggest visiting a different location. Read more
My sandwich was cold. My salad had a random slab of meat on it that wasn?t cut up. No fries. No chocolate frosty. Nothing done... right. You?d think Helen Keller was making the food. Ape brained customer service. If your lazy don?t work a fast food job.Simple. Do some job where people don?t care if your abhorrent at it like An accountant or a police officer idk. Very slow drive through. Got out of line and ordered inside. Ordered one strawberry frosty and two chocolate on the self order... screen. Turned out they did not have chocolate. Canceled the order and had to wait five minutes for cash. Staff seemed unhappy. Read more
Ok, do yourself a favor.. never order for curbside pickup at that location! Absolute fail!! I ordered from the app today, went... and parked at the designated spot, waited 30 mins and No order. So, I go in to see what's going on and my wife's order was justsitting in a corner inside, 2 employees chilling and texting AND MY ORDER WAS NOT EVEN BAGGED!!! After another 5 mins, I wasgiven my order and I picked my wife's cold bag and walked out..no apologies no nothing. Oh and the real Kicker?? They got myorder WRONG. But alas I was already at home when i opened my bag. I like Wendy's but I will NEVER EVER go back there again.Plenty of other fast food joints around. Read more
If I could give this store negative stars. The manager ignored app delivery driver (after dining room was closed) when there... were over 10 people in the drive thru. So had to cancel customer order though app because the drive thru wasn?t moving for 10minutes. Was so far removed from even the order taking area that we were able to see the minivan waiting for his order passedthe pick-up window for over 5 minutes. The manager then MIRACULOUSLY was able to make her way to the door (not to speak todelivery app driver about the order that was getting cold for the Door Dasher customer or give the bag of food to us so we coulddeliver the already made food to the customer and not wait in the long line) to give the order to the minivan driver that hadalso been waiting. Very disappointed with Wendy's lately used to be a very nice place but once again, when you hire staff and it gets busy the... ship needs to stay afloat. Every time I come to this Wendy?s. It?s always something going on. I wrote a really long review less than a month ago regarding... their breakfast staff. Now, giving them another chance at breakfast, I go and this is what I receive. I don?t appreciate howEVERYTIME I come here, my order is either messed up, not given to me after waiting in a long line, or simply them having poorcustomer service. If there was something less than a 1 I would rate that .first the managers all have attitudes .. second there?s always a problem... with my food .. and forget about using your rewards they say it doesn?t work .. place is a mess .. I went today and they messedup my sandwich 3 times .. after that the manager said I would have to pay for another one .. not sure if they understand me whenI order 90 percent of the people there barely speak English ?.
