Get your staff together. 30+ minutes for food is unacceptable. I would be ok with it if your team actually were working. They... are slow when they are. Most nights I get to listen to them yell and cuss. Not to mention they never go In order. Ever! Read more
I believe reviews are important but I will admit that I don't always leave one. My experience at Wawa tonight deserves it I went... in tonight around 11:00pm and it was packed people were very impatient and rude to staff no matter what the employees all stayedrespectful and helpful. Very super professional I mean every single one of the employees. I got bag of chips ordered an onlinesandwich and milkshakes everything was perfect. Been going there for almost 2 years now and I have never experienced anything but great service. I was really surprised to see... some negative reviews but I acknowledge that was their experience. Staff is efficient. I never had to wait more then 10mins formy food if they were busy. My only complaint is their pumpkin chai is a limited release. Who are they kidding?
