Wanted to treat myself to Starbucks today and it was the complete opposite. I got 2 venti iced coffee no classic 4 pumps sf... vanilla and extra half and half this drink is usually delicious but it was barely edible! We get to the drive thru and thecoffee was darker than usual so I asked for more cream they gave me a cup of cream and told me to pour it myself, not thegreatest customer service but I get it you?re busy after I fix my own drink i take a sip and it taste sour and burnt basicallymaking me gag while drinking it. Very slow (and tight) drive through. Even on a non-rush hour weekend afternoon. Fortunately there?s a little space in the drive... through the exit if you ever get tired of waiting! Chrispy is a great staff member there. He made the visit better. Read more

I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 02:35 pm. I patiently waiting for 10 minutes, because I understood that it... was a busy time, before I asked what the eta was on my drink. One of the baristas told me she was making it, however I didn'treceive my drink until 02:56 pm which was 21 minutes after the stated time slot. There SEEEEERIOUSLY needs to be another Starbucks in this area. I think the best place would be in Haines City. Spread them out... a bit. This Starbucks is usually beyond busy and I know that if I see that it's busy, I don't even bother going. My drink andfood will take at least 15 to 20 minutes to get done. Possibly longer at times. If they don't forget something. Usually my food.The customer service isn't really there because they're all SO stressed on how much stuff they have to make and how busy theyare. There will literally be a crowd waiting at the pick-up counter. It's insane how long you wait in the drive thru too. Ican't even tell you the best time to go because you're lucky if there is one.
