We enjoy coming to Red Robin for their birthday burger. The best feature of this chain is their bottomless options. They offer... unlimited refills of their side items, including for kid meals. This time we noticed the Mac and cheese entree is also"refillable", which is awesome. This really makes paying $6/meal a super bargain for our growing boys. I get a teacher discounton top of any other rewards, which is not available a lot of places, and a free burger for birthdays is well worth it, as youget any burger on the menu plus the unlimited side option. So many restaurants are eliminating a free entree, so this is our goto place for birthday meals. Today the service was extra quick, the server placed our orders on a digital device where a foodrunner brought it immediately. We received drink refills incredibly fast, and the cooked food was quick to arrive as well. Ourserver Mariah was attentive, checking on us often and everything was rung up promptly. Our only complaint was we like ourburgers medium rare and medium, so at least some pink and they were well done. We considered asking for a replacement, but thetoppings, sauces, and bun made it still taste good and we were hungry. We will be coming back. Read more

When I say this the worst experience I have had with Red Robin. The burger wasn?t done at all when I asked for well done had... come back twice and my burger still wasn?t cooked all the way after the second try. How is three burgers cooked incorrectly andI?m talking about mushy pink on the inside. Then I was suppose to get a refund here it?s 5 days later and still no refund. Now Ihave to wait for another manager to call me back. I spoke with 4 managers. I never had this problem at any other Red Robin?s Ibeen to but this one has put a nasty taste in my mouth literally with that chewy red beef. Read more

Had a gift card so thought I'd try Red Robin to see if it lived up to all the hype. It definitely DID NOT. First of all this... location was VERY shabby, not dirty but in need of building upkeep inside and out. I ordered the Southern Charm Burger withgarlic fries, my husband ordered Wings n Chips. For the price of each order I expected a pretty good size burger with a heap offries on the side. The wings you would expect at least Average size wings and a pile of chips but both husband and I werepretty disappointed when food arrived. My burger was about the size of a typical fast food (think 1/4 pounder) burger w/a bitmore than "scant" toppings, and a handful of fries on the side. The burger was good, but that's just it .... good. I would havelet the just average portions pass if it had been a Great tasting burger, same with the fries. The wings, just think game hen,I mean seriously?? The chips were pretty good though. I would have also thought presentation would have been better since itwas a weekday and only 5 other tables had customers. The food looked like it was on Saturday night around 9pm rush. All in alla lackluster experience that made me thankful for that gift card covering most of the 36$ lunch(no alcoholic beverages either).Red Robin you could do much better!! We had dinner here. We had; Gourmet burger ???? Royal Eed Robin ???? Mozzarella sticks ???? Towering Onions ???? Oreo milkshake... ???? Sangria's ???? Pink Lemonade ????
