Is very frustrating spend 40 minutes in a line siting in a car after a long day of work just for finish a day with a worst... service. I working for the industry (food and costumer service) I know this type of job must of the time is tiring andexhausting, but is the employees doesn't like is better for the company just given training again or just leave. The food wascold, the portions small when is supposed 2 Large fries and 5 biscuits (biscuits is not available) So I need to choose anotherthing, the mashed potato is hot, but is just for 2 people. In this order I spend $42.75 and I park because is not complete. Thefries they give me 2 small size, 1 apple pie and missing the cole slaw. The employees with attitudes when approaching for tellthem I missing something and the portions is not correct is priceless. Just look for a nother job guys is a fast food life andis not for everybody. Just see the ticket and the food and you will see is not good for the money we spend. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From the drive through call box to the window both gentlemen and their trainee were so helpful,... courteous, and professional. They all took pride in their job and the service they provided. Everything was great except Iwould say the chicken was a little too salty, we love Popeyes and chicken and seasoning, but it was just a little too much. Horrible service They didn't have any ketchup, took their time to give our order, we only order 2 boxes of 5 piece chicken... tenders and they only gave us 4 pieces We were also missing a side of fries and our mashed potatoes that we had to ask again butthey only gave us the mash potatoes They should retrain your staff and have a better attitude to serve customer I was a formerfast food service employee before and this was horrible experience Read more

Ordered 3 wing combo with mash potatoes. Not bad until I found one of the wings was a hot spicy wing. Wings are very small so... if you have an appetite, I recommend you get a bucket. Very small serving but what made it worse was the dirty drive-througharea. Flies galore in back area. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like.
