Went through drive through ordered only 2 cheeseburgers, after waiting forever, got to window pd, didn't get receipt, went to... other window started to leave and only 1 burger. Had to go inside, big mistake, girl at register sitting in corner picking herfingernails, board as could be. I told her, she said got a receipt, I told her no didn't get one. She said I don't know what wecan do, disappears, I hear her talking to someone and say no receipt then finally comes back and say someone else will have tohelp me. I wait someone comes out and again say do you have receipt, I say no so she takes my bag goes out back, I wait, finallycomes back and says it,will be a few minutes. No apology, No sorry it happened, finally gives me back my bag, no thank you. Ileave, start eating the sandwich and it's cold and bun is hard as rock. This McDonald's is horrible. I work for McD years ago ascounter person, admin, manager we never treated people like this or even had a stool out front to sit on picking our nails. Whathappened to customer service and management. We would not only replace their food but offer fries, drink or pie to cover ourmistakes. And get better workers they want more money they need to find people that want to work. First off, no ice cream again. Seems consistent at McDonald's. Second, I asked if the spicy chicken was only spicy because of... the sauce. I didn't want the sauce, so I ordered a regular deluxe for the lettuce and tomato. What did I get? Spicy sauce Ididn't order, so now I can't even enjoy the tomato and lettuce either. This franchise offers the freshest fast food in the chain. Items appeared to be set up for a commercial but that's just the care... they take with each order. Very pleasant staff. Good job! Read more
Depending on the day you may get mediocre service or you may get poor I don't want to work here service. Either way don't expect... good customer service. I showed this to the manager and she said the breakfast chicken sandwich is a big sandwich so the wrapperdoesn't fit all the way around but then "I packed this myself so I know no one did anything to it. It's fine to eat". Not surethat's what ppl want to hear when ordering food. Read more
Very clean and no long lines in side. Lighting is kind of dim but I liked that
Once was enough! Given that America is considered to be the Home of the Burger! the welcome mat has sure been removed! Ordered... food at the drive thru, what came out the other end, or then again , what didn't come out the other end, caused concern. Afterwaiting!!! by the window, with no explanation what was happening a bag was Thrust out! No drinks!!?? We had to shout to getattention as the staff inside were all chattering!! After a while we did get a response and asked where we're the drinks, wehad to tell them again what drinks!!?? Again after getting the odd drink thrust out the window, we kept reminding them whatdrinks were missing !! The longest wait was for the coffee, again considered to be a Staple beverage in the States, it arrivedlast!! We could see the pots, but even though the melee was passing them, none filled a cup, until having been asked a number oftimes!! We assumed that was it, and asked was that it!! No reply came!!?? Too much chatter , no action!! They may have been busybut that's a good thing, isn't it! that means luckily they're working! But, from our perspective, not for the customer. Not our usual spot for fast food, but we stopped for sweet tea, apple turn overs and a restroom break from traveling. Very... cheap, good variety of food, but personally we look for quality. The staff were friendly and the place looked very clean. There was lots of free parking and close to a major road. Read more
Ordered food on my way home from work. Went to do curbside pickup but it was unavailable after 11. Then went to do in store... pickup, doors are locked, only option left is sit in the drive thru line, which was wrapped around the building basically. Goodthing I mobile ordered though because they were only accepting cash, which hardly anyone uses anymore. Supposed to be 24 hoursbut definitely doesn?t seem like it at all.
