I just enjoyed the worst experience at any McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life. I love McDonald's I eat there two or... three times a week but I just went to this specific McDonald's location and got spoken to very rudely by one employee and theother employee who was I thought helpful ended up giving me a nugget box container full of honey mustard instead of my fourpiece chicken nuggets I'd order for my child. I went through the drive through, ordered a McDouble bundle and kids 4 piecechicken nugget meal. Small order. Waited from 7:43-8:03 then ask the employee walking out 9rders to cars "Do you know what'sgoing on with my order I have seen 8 cars go and come after me". She didn't pay any attention to my comment and yelled back in airritated tones "Your just going to have to wait your turn like everyone else" then turned away and walked back in mutteringabout "do you think your better than everyone else." I watched her bring orders to 4 more cars that came after me. Then wentinside and spoke to another employee, who politely remade my order. I heard her ask for 4 chicken nuggets myself, but after Ileft and. check the container on the way home. I found the nugget container was full of honey mustard and when I opened it, itmade a huge mess all over my kids other happy meal item. I can't prove she did that on purpose but is sure felt like it. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. The guy who took our order and cashed us out was great.... Friendly and efficient. That's about where the good ends. We pulled up to the second window, the girl at the drive thru wasarguing with the person in front of us - they should really wear name tags - as I pull up, she told me they were out of Coke (weordered two), so I tell her we'd take one Dr. Pepper, the person with me said Sprite. She tries to hand me two Dr. Peppers, so Iexplain, one was supposed to be a Sprite. She tells me I didn't order a Sprite. I tell her I know that, but that we wanted a Dr.Pepper and a Sprite in place of the Coke they don't have. She then argues with me, and in a very condescending manner, tells meI told her to give two Dr. Peppers, saying that I was wrong and I never said Sprite. The person with me doesn't drink Dr.Pepper, so know for a fact they didn't order it. Instead of just handing me a Sprite, she rudely tells me that I need to pullforward, that she'll have someone bring the Sprite out as she has people behind me she needs to get to. Really? I just waited inline as well, just hand me a Sprite. It takes 30 seconds. Instead of giving me the Sprite, she then continues to argue withme. In the time it took her to argue, she could have just handed me a Sprite. I tell her give me the Dr. Pepper, we'll just goinside and exchange it ourselves. As the window closed, I could hear her talking about me, calling me names. Seriously...over aSprite. I?ve been coming to this McDonalds for about 2 years now as I live locally. Service in the day is usually quick and the food is... always good. However, at night that quickly changes. I saw a review complaining that they had been forgotten when placing amobile order for pick up. I had placed an order late at night. Maybe around 10pm and after waiting in curbside for 15 minutes Idecided to go in and see what was going on. It seemed to be a majority of younger adults, maybe teenagers working. When I askedabout it my curbside order they seemed to be confused. After waiting at least another 10 minutes, I got my food. Really left abad taste in my mouth. They forgot my fries and I had to wait 20 min to get them when I told them. They made the delux spicy chicken sandwich wrong and... it was just chicken smothered in hot sauce. And when I did finally get my fries they didn't even have salt. Manager is rude.This is the worst McDonald's I have been to. Read more
