So I place my order for 44 boneless wings and fries. I got my food home and the wings had barely any sauce on them. I had 4... different flavors and the all tast like one flavor bland!! I called store and was on hold for 30 minutes for somone to pick upand hung up on me. I tried calling back but now no one will pick up. I made the attempt 4 or 5 times and still no one will pickup.. This is the second time I ordered here. The first time was great. But now I will never order here again. So if you want tospend $35.00 on bland and tasteless food and rude staff then this place is for you. Screw its just wings. Never again. Read more
So the moment I walked the waitress was rude. Then after we sit new waitress comes she was polite. I order chips and salsa. The... salsa come out is water no chunks of any veggies. I told the manger he bring the same water downed salsa. Then I tell them Idon't want it. My pasta and chicken comes it is cold like it's been sitting on the counter for a while. I tell them I don't wantit. The wrist experience. They gave gone down Hill fast they don't care about quality any more just in it for money. Usually i don?t write reviews, but these wings were so disappointing that i had to let other people know not to eat here. The... quality of these wings were so bad, and for a place that exclusively has wings only this was truly unacceptable. The curly frieswere very mid as well, it just seemed like some frozen ones that you heat up in a microwave. Overall very bad i recommend you gosome place else. Read more
First I want to mention that my bartender, Devin, was wonderful and drinks were great. Went downhill from there. Watched the... management staff chastise the bartender for allowing me to order a item no longer on the menu. Keep in mind the kitchen hadeverything available to make it, customer service! I then order fajitas without bell peppers and was told that there were noonions available that didn't have bell peppers other than diced onions. BS! Bet if I ordered a steak with grilled onions, Icould have gotten it. Very displeased with the management work tonight. Don't seem to care about the guest just what's easiestfor them. Read more
