Ordered 2 Frisco melts, onion rings and a drink. Got 1 Frisco melt and some other sandwich. Drove back around to the drive... through window since there were no other customers and told them my order was wrong. Tried to hand her the bag so she could lookat the order and she said keep it, I cant touch it after we've given it to you. Never said sorry about that or sorry for theinconvenience. Just said "so you need another Frisco"? She asked me to pull up and wait. She came out a few minutes later andasked me for the sandwich back. LOL! then a few minutes later she brought me the new sandwich. I said thank you and she didn'teven reply. Whole order just lacking the most basic manners and common courtesy. Oh and my Medium size onion rings had 4 in thecontainer. Oh well, 2 stars is the best I can do. Read more
Please support this location. Tonight I went through the drive thru after saying goodbye to one of my fur babies. I live an hour... away and just needed a snack to get home since I hadn't really eaten all day. I didn't catch her name, but the lady at thewindow showed me, a total stranger, kindness and compassion when I needed it the most. I could not be more thankful. Great experience at this location. The manager Tim took our order. Place was packed, but we got our food quickly and everyone... was nice to us. While we were eating, Tim came out to clean the dining room and stopped by our table to check up on us. Heeven refilled our drinks for us! Excellent service! def recommend! Read more
Whenever I?m in the south it?s an absolute must for me to visit Hardees. I absolutely love their grilled burgers; they are so... fresh and huge. I forgot how big they were or I wouldn?t have ordered two for myself. The fries however weren?t good. Theywere stale and old like they?ve been sitting around for a while. I was disappointed there were only 2 apple pies left but Iunderstand it was in the evening near closing time. Before we left from the parking lot, I checked the bag to make sure I hadall items ordered. I?m glad I did check the bag because I noticed the apple pies were missing. When we went back to inform thestaff, we were missing the apple pies, they offered us chocolate chip cookies as an apology. One of the bacon cheeseburgers thebacon was completely uncooked. It was as if they put raw bacon on the burger. We end up cooking the bacon so it wouldn?t be atotal waste. I was very upset to receive food like this. The mellow yellow also didn?t taste like mellow yellow, it tastemore like seltzer water. I hope my next experience will be even better. Read more
My husband and I had a taste for a big juicy hamburger. We thought stopping at Hardee?s on our way home to Orlando, we would get... just what we wanted, boy were we disappointed, you could hardly see the meat on the double burger. We could have went toMcDonald?s if we wanted that! I guess for $27 we should have went to five guys.
