You'd think for a Dunkin that is often busy they'd be more prepared. It was only 1045 am and they were out of bacon, out of more... than half the donuts, no oatmilk. And it was a Sunday don't you think being more prepared for a large group Sunday morning inOrlando would be in ideal? The woman at the cash register must have hated her job because she was not too friendly and didn'tseem to phase her they were out of everything my kids asked for. We visit Orlando a lot and typically go to Dunkin because mykids eat the donuts and then I get a good cup of coffee in the morning but this was the worst experience I've had. Read more

I?m a local to this Dunkin, and we keep giving them chances and getting the same results. Never again. Every time we order via... mobile order, we arrive at the location to find that everything we ordered is out of stock. The restaurant does not offerrefunds for items that are out of stock (or make them unable to be ordered in the first place), so we have lost a lot of moneyordering food here. The way this location is run is completely unacceptable, and, quite frankly, seems legally questionable atbest. I?m not sure how an establishment can get away with letting customers pay for something they don?t have and then notrefund them for said items. Shame on this place. Read more

HORRIBLE experience. FRANKIE gladly let us know his name and how after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line that we would... have to wait an additional 30 minutes if we wanted food. He then told us if we didn't like it we could just take our coffee andget a donut and have a nice day. Totally unacceptable. I love Dunkin but this was awful. Read more

I will literally NEVER return here. On several occasions the customer service has been AWFUL. They are always out of everything,... no spoons, no cones, even no cups or straws. The people working there are little young kids messing around, laughing and beingrude literally as you order. If you get down and order to sit, they will take the order of people BEHIND you and then say, ohsorry I already started their order. An absolute disgrace and mess in the place. Menchies yogurt next door is your best bet. Read more

The staff was very nice, but the experience was awful. My brother and I were beyond grateful for the employees helping us out,... but I think it?s ridiculous that the manager wasn?t there helping the staff. The receipt printer was broken, the staff were outof plastic gloves, the drinks were not the best due to being fairly rushed. I understand rushes and I understand problems occurwithout expecting them to because I?ve worked/currently work in food, I?ve even worked at a Dunkin/Baskin myself. My manager wasalways there to assist when necessary in every location I?ve worked in. It?s ridiculous these employees were completely alone at10/11 AM on a Monday with no managers assistance in solving issues. This could seriously damage your reputation as a Dunkinlocation as a whole, I truly hope this changes for the future. Once again, though, the staff was truly amazing! Read more

This place doesn?t know how to make iced coffee. It was supposed to have creamer, hazelnut and Splenda but it turned out like... this. Tasted absolutely disgusting. Whoever trains their employees needs to figure out how to train them on making coffee. Willnever go to this location again especially when there are other places for coffee ( like Starbucks ) Read more

This Dunkin location is horrible! We are locals and thought we would give it another chance but once again they proved they... cannot handle the volume. The drive thru line was backed up all the way to the entrance so we went inside. Inside was no better,the line was almost to the door with only one person working the register. After waiting for 15 minutes they announced that youhad to have exact change or credit. Read more

Spent almost an hour at this location. They take and fill orders one at a time before moving onto the next customer at both the... drivethru and counter, creating an unnecessarily long process when they have lots of inefficient people standing around doing aslittle as possible. I placed an order in the app while sitting in the drive thru line in hopes that I could help speed up thisrather slow process. By the time I received my order it had been sitting prepared on a counter for half an hour. The sandwichwas cold, the ice had melted in my coffee. I took the food inside to have it remade. I waited approximately 10 minutes to bepresented with the burnt, poorly portioned sandwich photographed below. My coffee was not replaced at all, and no one offered anapology. While I was waiting for my very well done sandwich customers asking for condiments, straws, napkins, etc wereconstantly told they have to wait because they?re very busy in a very rude way. It took all I had in me not to share myfrustration with this terrible experience in person in this restaurant full of families and children. This place is doomed; I?llbe glad when champions gate has a better option for all-day coffee and makes the Dunkin? a ghost town. I?ll be following up withcorporate!
