0 Customer service skills. I ordered this morning and the line was almost out to the street. Service was very slow and when I... finally got up to the drive thru window, I could hear someone say in the microphone "we're closed" to another coworker beforeasking me what my order was. There was no "thank you, please pull up" after ordering, just a rude "pull forward". And on top ofthat, my coffee tasted absolutely horrible. I asked for 3 cream, 3 sugar and it was the most bitter coffee I have ever had.Also, one of my bagel mini bites had completely chunky and barely thawed out cream cheese in the middle which was veryunpleasant to eat. Order took forever to come out when I was the only person there. Staff was lounging around and got my order wrong TWICE. They... said I did not order the item I ordered, when it was CLEARLY charged to my card. Next time Ill bring a pack of crayons so I canclearly communicate with the workers here. Ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel. The only modification that I asked for was cream cheese on... my bagel, which doesn?t seem like a big deal, but OH BOY!! Not only did they not do the cream cheese, the entire bottom of myCold Brew was coffee grounds!!! I took two drinks and threw the rest away. I?d rather drink my coffee than eat it, but that?sjust me. If I ever try to stop here again, remind me to stick to Starbucks. Read more

Let me start off I love DD's coffee far more superior then an other coffee hands down if you... don't like that you can meet me outside an we will have a dance off... Do they hire rude ,unprofessional staff on purpose? Now the employees make you dump out the bag to make sure that they missed... something from the order.And after verification they will throw the missing item at you and verbally disrespect you. My son wanted to use a $2 VIP iced coffee card, we got in the mail. The young lady that took our order was very helpful. It was... a Sunday, and very busy, but still clean. I wish I'd gotten her name. She was very patient with him, and even explained hisadd-in choices. Made me feel like we were in more than a donut shop. I had a macha tea latte with almond milk it was awesome &delicious. I didn't know Dunkin had so many choices of fancy coffees and other drinks. Bonus is that it's better on the walletthan that other giant coffee shop with the green logo(if you know what I mean), and still tastes pretty good. Read more
It was ok But the men's rest room needed Atention. I was sent next door by one of the Employees..all restaurants should have one... person on shift just to maintain the outside, the Lobby. and restrooms. Not the the Employee's who deal with food. Read more
