It's really freaking pathetic that y'all can't keep your lobby open during the day. You're near a low income housing area and... not all of us even have cars. We just want some cheap food that isn't gas station garbage and the food trucks nearby areprohibitively expensive. How has this location been struggling like this for multiple years now? I'm not exaggerating. It's beenat least two years of constantly dealing with either bad or non-existent customer service here. Who owns this franchise? Getyour act together, nowhere else nearby is this laughably bad. Even the McDonalds that I've hated on before isn't as bad. Read more

Mobile order. Spent an hour and 7 minutes in drive through line. Only 6 cars in front of me. When I finally got my food. It was... cold. This is the second time with similar outcome. I don?t recommend to anyone. Find another BK Read more

Attitude of the front counter person was horrible. Top of her lungs swearing about her boss and how she needed to find a new... job. Please do but I don't know who would hire you with your foul mouth. The food was good amazingly enough. Read more

The absolute WORST Burger King in the area. Not sure why we stopped here bc the customerservice is so poor. Sitting in the... drive through for 22 mins so we decided we have to be on our way and we have to squeeze past a vehicle waiting. As we go by aperson I presume is the manager says " you have to understand we only have 3 people working so you have to wait". I told no waywe were waiting and we hadn't even put in our order yet after more than 20 minutes. He responds "OH well bye". I'm sure hedoesn't care as he doesn't own this place. Read more

I seat in line for 15 minutes. I order my meal which was a number one with cheese. At this time I?m in a rush to get to work... because I?m bout to be late. I get in the parking lot. Of my job. To hurry up and to eat my food to realize that I paid $11 fora cheeseburger Not a whopper but a cheeseburger. I tried calling to see if they can fix this issue but the line is busy. Read more

This place was the epitome of incompetency. The staff (except the manager, who was trying) were working with their last two... brain cells (if that). The most impressive part of this experience was how incredibly slow the service was, yet most (if notall) of the orders were still wrong or had missing items. Worst experience- firstly they completely messed up our order. Took 20 minutes for us to finally get the correct food. Secondly... the staff were super unprofessional, we over heard the kitchen staff impersonating our accent and then had the audacity to claimthat?s what they do on a daily basis. If that is the case I am shocked that they have any customers at all. Never again will Inor my family step foot in this place. Horrible experience. Would not go here again. Messed up entire order 20 min wait and food still not right. Refused to make it... right or refund. Did not get all of our onion rings. Got value size drinks for adult meals. Ordered 2 bk stickers got two doublecheeseburger with tomato only. Kid's said sweet tea taste weird. They were very rude. At first they gave us no onion rings. Nwondered why we were still waiting. We ordered 7 because they were out of fries. Ordered 3 rodeo burgers. They aren't the rightburger etheir. The only thing they got correct is the chicken nuggets.
