Food was okay, got scrambled eggs, bacon, and waffles. Tea was good. Overpriced though.
I don't recommend getting the salads as the ingredients are of poor quality, so much so, I couldn't even eat it. They forgot our... dressing, gave us stale chips with our spinach dip and didn't put the cheese substitution we asked for on the order. We placedour order 20 minutes in advance and they still took 10 minutes to bring out our food. I wanted to give Smitty's a second chancebut the food was terrible like last time. Never going again. I wish I had gotten food from Tim Hortons instead. Over priced, andnot worth it. Waste. Of. Money. Not to mention the front is covered in cigarette butts. Read more

Our server was pleasant and efficient. I ordered the veal cutlet dinner and it was good. The soup of the day was Italian... Wedding, which is a very good soup, but it looked and tasted like the canned soup. Read more

My breakfast wasn't cook correctly, over medium eggs were over easy kind of well one was and the other was sunnyside up my... bacon was covered in mushroom pieces which I am allergic too and the hashbrowns weren't brown and the toast was not toasted.The only thing they didn't mess up was the Pepsi I ordered. This one checked all the boxes for a restaurant to leave a one star review for. If you're in dauphin looking for breakfast, if... you can find someplace else, go there. The service? Absolute amateur hour. The waitress supposedly wrote down our orders onher tablet, and still managed to forget basic details of our fairly simple orders. My mother's meal didn't come with the toastshe asked for, and my sister's egg was not over hard. Despite there being a rather small number of patrons, there were noquality checks, they walked past us obliviously about 10 to 15 times, leaving us awkwardly waiting for around 10 minutes,before finally deciding to pick up our empty plates and bring us the bill(and no, you cannot pay up front). After the factproceeds to argue she's very overwhelmed due to the lack of one staff member. The food? Ranged from exorbitantly mediocre toborderline inedible. Although my meal was passable, and save for the few mistakes, so were my mother's and sister's, myfather's meal was honestly rather vile.
