Out of all the serving staff, only one was doing her job, plus she was checking on all the tables that weren't hers! Even after... she called out for the others to take their tables orders, they didn't move very fast. Such a shame. Read more
We had lunch, there were sticky fly catchers everywhere and on the wall beside us. That is something terrible to look at while... eating. The coffee was cold, the plates were dirty, lumps of food all over them. Had to get those exchanged. When our pizzascame we found a hair on one. That ended lunch. Who could eat after seeing that and they would not give us a break on the cost.Whatever. That’s the last $95 lunch I will EVER spend in Dauphin’s Boston Pizza. Read more
Had a great dinner with some good drinks. Our server Catherine was very helpful with recommendations and she was very friendly.
Very good. New chicken sandwich (honey dill) was quite tasty and accompanied by a side of coleslaw. Server was friendly.
The service is always good, but the chicken the last few times we’ve gone has been terrible. The chicken fingers were tough... and stringy and the chicken wings were hard like rocks. Read more

Worst service ever. My 1.5 year old Grand daughter got her meal after her parents. Se couldn’t share theirs as it was not age... friendly. You should have little kids food out first. Service is so poor. We do a lot of take out here. Prob twice a month. Wewill be going elsewhere. Hopefully you can improve your service before you lose all your business.
