Monday to Friday this Tim's is great. DO NOT GO HERE Saturday or Sunday. Worst Tim's I've ever seen on those days. I frequent as... I work around the corner. They are always out of food. How do you have no eggs at 8am. They hold you in the drive through onevery order having to check if they have what you order. Most Sundays they lock the doors to walk in. You can see 3-4 people inthere working when you go through the drive thru though. Nights is often ran by 1-2 people and doesn't have these issues. Spent4 minutes today at the speaker waiting for them to check for eggs. Sorry that's the straw that broke the camels back. Windmillis my new Tim's. Read more

Great for your morning coffee,or whichever your sustance is at the time you pull in. Mine was a ice cafe with triple double... expesso, like it strong, they're with many selections of drinks and food and desserts, go for it. Read more

The worst Tim Hortons service I've seen to date! I pre-ordered in the app before walking into this this location to pick up my... simple coffee order. While I stood there waiting where I thought would be the mobile order pick up area (the sign was nitanywhere to be seen until later when I noticed it face down on the counter ), I watched as about half of the staff stood aroundchatting with each other and eventually daring one another to drink this yellow liquid that was in 3 jugs and a cup on thecounter behind them. I think this may have been the lemon ice cap liquid before it goes into the machine. Eventually one of thegirls drank a bit and they all had a good little laugh while there were 3 other people now waiting in line to be served. One guycame out from the back room and began serving customers in line while the 4 girls continued their chatting. At this point I hadbeen waiting about 10 minutes and after the guy finished serving the 3 customers, I asked about my mobile order at which pointhe finally checked the computer to see my order. One of the girls got my order ready at this point. Finally. I ordered a coffee and a coconut donut. I noticed on the receipt that it said a chocolate coconut donut. I said that I don't... want chocolate, I just want plain. I looked in the bag that she passed to me and it was chocolate. I gave it back to her andsaid that I don't want chocolate. She tossed the plain one on the counter without a word. My coffee was foamy and whitelooking, also flavorless, (I had ordered a large coffee with one and a half cream). I wasn't sure that it was coffee! I didn'tgo back for more.???? Read more

This particular Tim Hortons is located in Burnside industrial park and is always very busy during the work week. The service is... fast, the staff is courteous and professional. Considering this is during the Covid pandemic, they have arranged the store tofacilitate drive-thru, walk-through pick up. The have even setup the tables for in-store eating. Very happy with the greateffort by this store. Read more
