Terrible! Went to this location at 1:05pm on Oct 7 and received terrible service from the older women working. She got mad at my... daughter for saying green onion rather than green pepper. The whole experience was so negative because she was giving us rudeglares the whole time we were there. My sandwich was not built according to my order; it was good just not what I ordered.
Drive thru was terrible barely got the ingredients we asked for, wanted extra cheese, and got regular, mayo was so minimal that... it was hard to tell it was even on it. Bread was hard as a rock, Staff member was very mannerless . A please and thank you goesa long way when it's being given in return . Used the drive thru to order my food and asked for my sub to be made without cheese on it because I have dairy allergies,... Noticed halfway through eating my sub that cheese was on it and looks as if the person who made it tried to remove what theycould but they obviously couldn?t because it was melted into the bread!! Order online my wife stopped by to pick up the order on the way home. When it arrived home I had ordered a 12 inch sub but... received a 6 inch. My wife called the location back to get the difference refunded as The location is thirty minutes away. Afterarguing with my wife and told that she was wrong. we were told we had one option only to drive back and get it. Quite annoyedand disappointed at the unprofessional behaviour and incompetency. I love Subway. It's very clean and the service I'd great. There are lots of choices on the menu. As they say...make it your... way... They menu board also shows how many calories are in the various foods that are prepared. The staff are great and so isthe food. I usually order a wrap with double meat, which is very filling and very good! Read more
