The manager was extremely rude and service extremely poor, I had a breakfast combo and food was still frozen.tried to call and... complain and the # is not even in service, got the owners number and no answer or answering service. This is the worst managedsubway I've ever been in!!!! Read more

Had an issue a few weeks ago with a new staff member working alone having no idea how to ring in my meal and was overcharhing me... by 30%, had to show her my last receipt and she was still confused and it took over 10 min to pay. Went back to try thislocation again and there was a line all the way to the door and only 1 lady working, she was doing her best and was veryapologetic that the other staff member was super late for work. It was more then 30 minutes to get a meal. You need to have morestaff working. Read more

If you have staff who are uncomfortable working in phases 5, then you should at least accommodate them and their concerns. The... staff was kind, but very aggressive with where customers are to stand and such. The manager has removed all safety barrierswhich obviously has made their employees uncomfortable at their work place. Read more

If your staff are directed to tell people to stand away from the counter when ordering, then it makes no sense to have an... employee bark those orders at someone while ordering. Then you?re within four inches of the counter to pay for your stuff, thatlogic doesn?t make sense. If your employee doesn?t feel comfortable put your barriers back up. Read more

The sign where you order showed that there were many veggie options for protein such as plant based meat balls, falafel and... vegan patties. None of these were available to order and aren't kept in stock. Will not be back at this location as they areadvertising false product. Read more

Wow! We encountered very rude staff when we arrived here to pick up our online order. We stood in line by the pick up area since... we ordered ahead (which was very disorganized, and people who came after us were getting served at the sandwich line first).Finally, the grumpy employees visibly sighed and said ?yes? and we said we are here for mobile order. He passed it to us,however we were missing one cup as we ordered two combos. When we said we need another cup he replied ?no you don?t?. We said weordered two drinks and he raised his voice and said ?NO, you ordered one?. We said no and sure enough after checking the receipthe said ?oh? and the other workers admitted only after this, ?yeah I forgot the other drink?. Perhaps verify the order slipbefore being so accusatory. We felt humiliated after being rudely yelled at by the staff for no reason. We will NEVER be goingback to this location. AVOID Read more
