WORST NEW YORK FRIES IN CANADA! I came from Edmonton w/my girlfriend on vacation to NS & we went to this location in August & I... got food poisoning. I ordered the Butter Chicken Poutine, but received a Regular Pountine instead. The cheese curds were sour &the gravy was off brand & cheap tasting w/loads of salt. I didn't eat much & got refunded. But, still got really sick from thisnasty business for a couple days. We also had a problem w/one of the gift cards we used which took them like 10mins to resolve.The young kid working here not helping response to this was "sometimes if it doesn't work, it doesn't work... know what I'msaying". The staff here are under trained & the food is not even close to representing the quality of any of the other New YorkFries stores I've been too. It's an insult to all the other New York Fries that bring it to even call this New York Fries whenthey have fallen so far in standard & taste. Save yourself time & find another location. Read more
Great customer service, and a great poutine, ordered with extra cheese and light gravy and made just the way I wanted ????
First time I've been to new York fries in probably 25 yearsish and this did not dissappoint. The hot dog was reminiscent of a... baseball stadium or a sidewalk vendor when walking home from a late night bar jaunt. It was amazing. The fries were perfectand very good portion for small order. Love this place for fast poutine and fries. Only a 4 star because of how much sour cream ends up on the works. If I wanted my... poutine drowning in sour cream I would ask for that. Read more
I was just at MicMac Mall and decided to get a poutine from this location. Not one person was wearing a hair net and the amount... of cat hair on the gentleman?s hat was absolutely disgusting... Hopefully they hire some kind of management as it looks as ifthey only have young teenagers working. Nasty Read more
