This Mcdonalds is usually fine. However, my last visit was absolutely horrible. I went through the drive-thru, I asked for no... cheese due to an allergy. They asked me to park because my order wasn't ready. When I received my order it had cheese, so I wentthrough the drive through again. They took the incorrect burger at the 1st window. At the 2nd window, they told me to pay forthe new burger, when I said it was a replacement they demanded I give them the burger I had already given them. Then they said Iwould have to park again and wait. I said I wasn't satisfied with this service. The manager walked away without answering me,then she said loudly to the people in the kitchen "All because we put cheese on it!". ... I had asked for a very easyaccommodation because of an allergy, I was very disappointed by the service. Read more
Went into drive through, and did not check my package. It turned out, that they gave me just a half of my order. So... disappointing for my kids. Would never go there again. Read more
I've been disappointed by so many McDonald's restaurants in the city for the last year (Larry Utek and Bedford locations) but... stopped at this one today for lunch and was amazed by the incredibly friendly staff at the drive-thru and how hot the food was!Excellent location, keep up the great work and service! In drive thru. Was asked to drive ahead and park to wait for our order. There were no other people in the drive thru. The woman... said her timer was counting down. I said I will wait there thank you. She argued with me about not taking long. I said greatno reason to move. Her manager came and was rude to us also wanting us to move. We didn't she gave us food 1 min later and saidsee I told you it wouldn't take long so you could have moved. It's not about the length of time. It's about not padding yourservice time numbers and having me drive around park and wait when there's no reason we couldn't wait at rhe window. Read more
The staff are happy and cheerful! The guy that served use was helpful and he gave some helpful suggestions. And they served the... food like expected. The burgers looked fresh n tasted good. Refill fountain pop is always good ????. They kept the pastriesclean of flies n cabinet is well kept. I'm impressed with my first visit here. Read more
