Our order ended up being wrong so we called, the person... that answered stated that they did have our actual order and said he couldn?t do anything for us but direct us to a 1800 number.We asked if they could redeliver and they declined. I really enjoy this pizza and will eat the entire piece unlike most other pizzas. Food from this location has been good. The... manager at this location is really nice and pleasant to deal with. I had a mistake with an order (anyone who?s worked in fastfood knows how easily this happens) and she handled it beautifully and professionally and made me feel like a valued customer.It?s very hard to find anyone is the working field that?s this professional, understanding and cares about the customer. It was busy and I was still treated pretty well considering I had just smoked a fattie and probably didn't make... much sense to the friendly cashier who managed to decipher whatever incoherent communication form I was attempting.
