I picked up my online order and there was nothing in salad except lettuce.Waste of money worst service.
Absolutely disgusted with what I overheard a manager say to an elderly customer. An elderly gentleman asked a question to a... manager at the counter. The manager responded "there is a sign over there, can't you read" horrible treatment to a customer,the gentleman was upset and angry. The managers response, leave the store or we call the police. I was so takin a back by thistreatment that I will not use this store again....shame on you Harvey's!!! Read more
This is a large $10 plus tax poutine. I opened the box and i can literally see the bottom. This is not even medium. People ask... large because they are hungry. Guys have to take care. Really disappointed. Read more
Wait in the drivethru longer then would prefer. Burger and onion rings were fresh and hot but fries were cold and not very good
Second time order was wrong. All printed out nicely and correct on receipt but they put things on my burger I can't eat. So... annoying to spend 30$ for 2 burgers and fries then not be able to eat it. Hire people who can read the orders correctly. Iunderstand it's fast food but please do better! Read more

First time ordering and will not return. Burger..grilled? More like burnt to crisp. Bacon cheese poutine.. the bacon was RAW, I... think it was still oinking. My grilled chicken was cold and hard as a brick. I was completely disappointed!! The only good thingwas the pickles! Read more
