This location consistently has terrible customer service and often has mistakes made in orders that are delivered through skip.

Wasn't asked what to put on the burrito so I just said everything. Only got about half the things that I expected. Also,... tortas on the menu but not available. Kind of strange you have to call to confirm after ordering. Read more

Horrible experience at this Burrito Jax today, won?t be going back. We asked for quesadillas and got burritos. Tried to explain... there was a price difference and we were told the prices on the menu were old and that they cost the same. We also ordered chipsand salsa and got charged $6 for the salsa alone plus another $2 for the chips when the menu says $3.19 for both. Would notrecommend eating here. Read more

Order two tacos. He asked what kind of meat I wanted while I was putting in my order and I told him I didn't want meat. I asked... what kind of meat substitute they had three times and never got an answer. When he was actually making my tacos I asked againwhat they had for meat substitute and didn't really get an answer. I asked if they had black beans and he told me that the blackbeans would make my taco soggy. Asked what others people would get if they didn't eat meat and he said "just vegetables." I hadalready paid for my order and didn't want "just vegetables" (I would have just ordered a salad if that's all I had wanted) so Igot the black beans anyways. After eating the soggy tacos I then found out that they have smashed beans and was never offeredthat as a substitute. I wonder why other taco places can use black beans as a meat substitute and not have soggy tacos but thisplace can't do the same. Read more

We ordered burritos. Basically it was filled with rice. No smashed beans, no cranberry, barely any meat and I had asked for all... the veggies and all I remember some corn and a few pieces of lettuce. Honestly I never complain but the quality has gone down.Way down. Read more

Extremely disappointed with the quality of burrito I ordered. I don?t doubt their food is good, but maybe they should better... train their staff in making burritos. Paid for two larges (approx $2.50 extra) and guacamole (over a $1 extra), I got two smallburritos, no guacamole, no sauce, and barely any meat. I was basically eating rice wrapped in a tortilla. Wasted $30. Doyourself a favour and go to BarBurrito or literally ANYWHERE else. Read more

well prior experiences I have had were fantastic. However, with myself I have a rather severe tomato allergy and tonight at 6:05... pm I went in and ordered my chicken burrito I told the employer that was working that I wanted everything on it except of hotand tomatoes due to my allergy when I got home I took a few bites of my burrito and found tomatoes. after taken two extrastrength allergy medications and was able to breathe properly again I called the burrito jax and spoke to the employee aboutthis situation and tried to tell me that I ordered the salsa on the burrito out of sheer shock at the rude customer service andthe fact that he denied everything i hung up. honestly I am more than disappointed that the level of customer service has fallenthat low.
