Dear Owner, Please accept defeat and shut down this trap house of a wannabe Sonic. After the garbage your employees served me &... my child, DHEC should shut y'all down. Please don't respond with a generic fake apology that I see everyone else getting. Anapology means nothing when y'all won't fix the problems with this "restaurant". Your employees don't even know what a WAG cup is???????. You're paying employees $10 an hour to train your managers who get paid more. You have employees with no customerservice skills. Their excuse was it?s because I don?t understand because of covid. Some person called me and blamed me for the inedible food. ... Blamed me that I had the wrong kind of receipt. The food was inedible. The hot dog buns were soaking wet in pickle juice. Thestrawberry lemonade had barely any strawberries. The shake was mostly whipped creme and very little icecream. I now understand why everyone avoids this sonic. Stoped by for breakfast this morning in the drive through and that was a... mistake?? cashier had an attitude, didn?t know the menu and needed a combo number for every item, every item ordered seemed likeanother mounting burden on them, ordered 3 combos and didn?t receive any of the tots with them, as well as the actual food itemsbeing wrong. I could understand this being an issue if it were crowded but we were the only car to be seen in the parking lot ordrive through. Read more
Absolute worst Sonic I have ever been to! I was the only person in the drive though. I had a full in life conversation with the... kid in the window waiting for our meal? he was screaming at the cooks to finish gathering our food. After 35 minutes theyfinally got my sandwich and the 3 corn dogs. The tots were just dumped into the bag no little tot holders and the food was burntand COLD!(Not even sure how that?s possible!!) burnt and cold???? I love sonic! This was the biggest disappointment I?ve everhad with them?. On the bright side the young kid looked like the only person who cared at all about the place. Read more

If you feel like consistently being disappointed this is the place for you. Service is awful, customer service is worse.... Management is a joke and they staff won?t answer the call button half the time. I love sonic the one in Hartsville is amazingbut this one in darlington is a joke. I don?t know what their problem is but it?s horrible. It may be laziness or incompetencebut something has to change. I honestly don?t know how they?re still open. Management has to see these awful reviews and seemsto do nothing. I know I?ve called before and I know of others who have done the same to no avail. Read more
