Food is usually good, but they cannot get it together there. Service has been decent at best over the years. Today ordered two... sandwiches. Put the wrong order in for my friends sub. Then messed up mine. Let it sit on the counter for about 4 minutes whilesome walked around, and others talked about saltine crackers. Then told them to cook the other half so I could take that to go,and while it was done. No one knew what was going on when I asked for that half so it took 2-3 minutes to figure out it was madeand just sitting there, and had to ask twice to get the cups that came with our meals. The staff was fast and very friendly. It's always very clean in the restaurant. Their subs have now become my fave!
Contrary to other reviewers here, I didn't go to this place for customer service. I went because I wanted a good sub sandwich,... and that's what I got. They're cutting the meat and cheese right there in front of you, not getting out pre-packaged junk. Ohand the "whole" sandwich is massive. Highly recommend this place for a good sub. Read more
I purchased Palmetto Subs . I frequently ordered from another sub business in Darlington. Recently, I received sub bre ad that... was hard on the ends. The roast beef was hard around the edges. The lettuce was turning brown and the cucumbers looked slimy.Several times I have given my order to the same worker 2-3 times and still it is not prepared as given. They talk aboutcustomers when THEY make mistakes and put the blame on customers. One of the managers is rude. I will spend my money where Ican get better service. Read more
