Waited at speaker of drive thru for 12 minutes. When got food order was wrong. Night shift 11:00 20 oct 2022
Food was good. The drive thru was very slow. I was in line fir 30 minutes.
When you come thru the door nobody addresses you it's so many people in the kitchen people messing with food and mops at the... same time. One young man Kristin was doing all the maintenance work the only one that spoke, pleasant young man. My friendordered and the manager that was ringing up the food just walked away and started picking up orders, then said oh you want toorder, I'm like yes I did....when I got my chicken and cheese croissant it was the Suze of a half dollar it was smaller than thebun and had white stuff on it. Got to drive thru ordered 6 bacon cb , got to window two workers didn't know what I ordered. Then 25 dollars for burgers a milk... shake and coke Then food was cold . At least fries were hot. Burger had excessive amounts of ketchup and mustard . Read more
There need to have they close at 10:45 instead of 11. I went up there at 10:07 and was ordering the 2 for 10( wopper and fish... sand which..) Well I didn't get a wopper I got a large Burger and then the women at the window act like she couldn't hear me Ihad to repeat my order 8xs.. Then first of all she is going to say we close in 10 mins.
