Food is OK. BBQ sauce is weird. My biggest pet peeve and the reason I will not come back is being charged 30 cents for tap... water on my $30 order. I don't spend my money at places that charge you for tap water when you are ordering food. Sorry. Read more
Overall, it was $10 more for the chicken than foosakleys for worse quality food. Chicken was over-breaded, fatty, or too tiny... and just a bunch of crust. Fries and cheese curds got cold within a 10 min car ride home with the heater on. No choice insauces. Ordering was difficult as we were unable to hear/understand the associate over the speaker. I wish to say that we'll beback, but I doubt we will. One would think it'd be better after 4 years, but it's only gotten worse. Read more

Ok.... I had a reply from Zaxby's because I gave them 3 stars..... they wanted to know what they would have to do to get 5....... Well.... Honestly it was my first time trying Zaxby's and I wasn't very impressed... The chicken and fries tasted like they werefried in old grease!!!
