Great food, I got the Rib Sandwich and Smoked Mac and Cheese and man was it good. Portions were a little small for the Mac and... Cheese, but then again, I'm sure plenty of people think it's the right amount. Outside of portions the Mac and Cheese wasexcellent, and you can definitely taste the smokiness. BBQ sauce was tangy and a little sweet with a thinner consistency, whichalthough I like a thick sweet and spicy sauce, I thought paired great with the food and left me wanting more. The ribs sandwichwas phenomenal. I got the bones pulled, as it was a sandwich. Catering catering catering!!!! We had a party catered through small barbecue and it was the best catering party we?ve had so... far. All our guests were very impressed and loved all the food that they prepared. Jim was very easy to deal with and he is thenicest guy.
