This is by far the worst DD I've been to in any state. The walk-in is always closed, employees are rude, slow and can't make a... drink. The worst part, their employees park in the handicap spot. If I could give 0 stars I would. Every experience something has been wrong. One time, my coffee was watered down. Two days in a... row I ordered a hazelnut latte and got an original instead. If you're out of hazelnut let me know and I'll happily pick adifferent flavor, but don't leave me with a flavorless latte! Also one particular employee has judged me for getting shots ofespresso in my coffee "you need to get some sleep" and "you know you can't live like this forever". 1. You're NOT my mom, 2.You're not my doctor and 3. You have no idea what my life is like. I am a nurse and work long 12 hour shifts, I am a mastersstudent as well as having a chronic illnesses that causes fatigue. Just let me have my coffee and go on with my day! I alwayschose dunkin because I would get a consistent tasting latte for an affordable price. Unfortunately that is not true at thislocation and I will have to find a different coffee shop. Read more

How rude can you get! This morning was the last time I will go to Dunkin Donuts in Daphne, Al. The attitude started at the drive... through order window and ended with an extremely rude situation at the pickup window once I realized my order was wrong. Therewas a really nice guy trying to get everything correct and a group of employees behind him adding to the problem The reallydisappointing thing is I really like the breakfast but with a side of attitude, I can only give this location a two star! This location is the worst one around. They are out of donuts every time we go in there. Three times in a row at random times of... the day I go in to get my kid a donut and they're out of almost every donut. Maybe it's the universe telling me I don't need toget my toddler a donut or it's a testament to how poorly this location is run. As much as I hate to sound like a karen, havingto tell my kid that they're out of donuts after promising her a donut is worse. Read more
