Very, very disappointed. The commercial for the grilled double cheese burger looked so good I wanted one but all I got was 2... tiny flat burgers with all that bread. ???? Bread was almost burnt. My tots weren't hot and my tea wasn't cold, ice meltedalmost instantly. I like Sonic but this was disappointing ???? I had to take the bread edges off, won't no meat or cheese thereanyway. Read more
Went there the other day. Waited 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru no answer pulled up to the window. Gave her our order. The chicken... sandwich look like it was something that was cook a week ago my girlfriend got really sick. food poisoned from eating just twobites of that stuff. The burger was disgusting. Got some popcorn chicken to share with two other people and they put it inbarbecue sauce and she said well this ain't popcorn chicken it's something kind of like it I'm not sure what it is. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! We get to the end of our popcorn chicken just to find wadded up trash at the... bottom of our foodbox. I also got a small strawberry cheesecake milkshake and the purée tasted spoiled!! I will never go backand I just pray my family doesn't get food poisoning from this place. Read more
We have been in line for over 35 mins, finally get to order and we're told cash only. We happened to have cash but some in line... didn't know and had to leave after waiting a lifetime. The shake I ordered I was told they ran out of Oreo. We were trying tothink of a replacement and they never came back on the intercom. Then we get to the counter our order was never placed. Nowwe're holding up the line. We looked behind us and before there was 6 cars and now there's only 2 cars behind us. What a wasteof time! Read more
It was fine. There was nothing bad exactly, but it seemed difficult to get our order across. The food was fine too. I'm not sure... exactly what it was, but it just didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. Read more
The quality of the food has gone downhill. There was hardly any meat on the hamburgers. The buns were bigger than the hamburger... patty, like we would notice the very small patty. The bun was also somehow soggy. The fries were stone cold and stale. And ontop of that the order wasn't right and they were out of some items. It seems like the employees just don't care about providingquality service or food. Sonic used to be fresh and hot and good, but not anymore. We will not be back any time soon. Read more
What makes these two items cost $8.14? Can you say ?Rip-Off?? Both of these amounted to a Dixie Cup half full of cold French Fry... Pieces with Hard and dry Puppy "Kibbles" of Chicken Pieces. Better check your fillings in your teeth when your finished. I'veseen Happy Meals with larger portions! A more appropriate Price Point would have been two for a Dollar. Sad Sad Sad.... Read more
This is the first time in many years I have been to a Sonic, because so many have shut down. I was visiting Danville with my... husband and son, and saw one so we decided to give it a go. Big mistake: Not only were the prices high for simple meal options,but the food was GROSS. I ordered a foot long cony and only finished a bit of it; not because I wasn't hungry (I was), butbecause the hotdog had the look, feel, and taste of cheap microwave food. The hotdog was way too salty and had a weirdconsistency, and the chili didn't have much flavor at all, which at least helped cut the salt from the hotdog weiner. I alsoordered chili cheese fries. I received a soggy looking, tiny tray with stuff that looked like someone threw it all together athome and microwaved it. Also, we received NO cutlary or straws and had to get the worker's attention to get them after tryingto eat without them and failing because everything was too mushy. Final issue: The burger my husband ordered was gross. What Imean is, it had the appearance and consistency of those "back in the day" school lunch hamburgers. It didn't taste like meat andespecially didn't feel like meat. Tasted like a cheaply made, thin, mostly soy patty. And, my son's chicken sandwich was SO dryit was inedible. Like, eating it dried mouths out so it was hard to swallow. We ended up tossing out all but themilkshakes. The ONLY saving grace about this experience was the milkshakes that were simply "okay". We spent around $50 on 3meals with 3 milkshakes, and it was just an overall awful experience we will never repeat. If I ever stop by a Sonic again, itwill be to grab a Cherry Limeade which is hopefully still good. Read more
