Man i pulled up to this restaurant to pick up a delivery there was 12 cars in the drive thru i almost broke my finger... unassigning that order. I think they need more workers that care about their job, customers, speed of service and quality ofevery product leaving out that door and window. Read more
Showed up here the day the Halloween Pails were re-released. I ordered through the app, it let me pick the Halloween Pails, then... they brought out a regular happy meal and said they weren't doing the Halloween Pails. Very disappointed. You should have takenthem off the app. Read more

The evening crew is the worst. They have bad customer service and they don?t cook the food right. It?s no reason that fries, one... of the easiest things to cook, are not cooked to McDonald?s standard. People working the drive through have an attitude as ifcustomers are bothering them. If you don?t like to work then stay home. Why is the ice cream machine never in service? It?s verywarm out and I have been to This McDonald?s on several occasions to order ice cream and someone always claims it?s down. Then,the cookies are not fresh. It?s just overall a hot mess! I went to get an order. I verified the last four of the number and the worker gave it to me. It was the wrong order and when i... went back up there right i delivered it the order was still sitting there. I told the lady that order was handed out wrong andthe customer called doordash about getting the wrong order. They were extremely busy, but the worker that handed me the orderdidn't even have the ticket on the bag. I felt bad the customer got the wrong order. Read more
