Came in to pick up an order on Friday night. The place was very busy and people were steady coming in. There was a line for pick... up orders so we waited a bit, but remember it is Friday and other people like food too ???? Now we had a large order includingseveral appetizers and entrées. Upon reviewing the order one was discovered to have been taken incorrectly. The young lady whotook the order was very sweet and apologetic. They offered to fix the order at no cost and we happily waited. The food wasdelicious and we will certainly be returning to try the numerous varieties of appetizers available ???? People remember we areall human and make mistakes. Food service is NOT easy work and I am appreciative of the staff here that work diligently aspossible to feed (at times) the most ungrateful of people. Keep doing what you guys do!!!!! Read more
Fabulous Italian dishes, and fast, excellent service. The restaurant is clean and not overly crowded. Very organized.
I know the pandemic has affected all businesses, but not only was my order not ready when I got there, they didn't even have... record of it, despite the fact one of the managers took the order. Food is always good, but service has been on a steadydecline for years. Read more
Maybe it was a busy evening, but my steak and cheese, had hardened pieces of the grill in the sandwich. It tasted like it was... burnt even after pulling out the pieces of burnt meat. This was the situation for all three I ordered. My fries barely filledthe bags. I remember there being such a good quantity with the fries. Best steak and cheese I have ever had mayonnaise mustard onions green peppers they loaded it down yes that's steak and cheese... was the best and the fries was off the hook!!!!!! I definitely love stopping here for their lunch or dinner specials. It is an extremely affordable place to eat. The food is good... and service is excellent. I do particularly love sitting out on their back deck during the winter they do drop thick plasticover it that is see through.
