Friendliest workers I've encountered at a restaurant by far. Excellent service. They were out of the Halloween buckets in the... first two days of receiving their shipment but we're kind and apologized. They do not have the box deals. Simply disgusting...ordered paid went to eat and found a nasty hair in our food we went straight back over there and took the... food and the reciept only had the food for maybe 20 minutes amd not only would they not refund our money they wouldnt evenreplace the nasty food ..not that i wanted it but it would have been better then the girl who came out to us telling us shewasnt giving us anything i said who is your manager shr replied my grandmother...which i replied back...i dont care if she isyour grandmother or not that is not what i ask she said she is the one who told us we wasnt gonna be helped to just leave...herlast name was poff i wish i could remember her first name because that really destroyed my experence here and the granddaughterwas so rude and making comments but refused to give her name to us...and also told us her grandmother didnt have time to dealwith us so we were not going to be able to talk to her we could just leave...that is the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to andtreated as if i had done something wrong after she was done touching the food that was left in the bag she offered it back tous...and told us take or leave it that is the best we were gonna get from her...i think she said her grandmothers name was peggypoff but i know the last name is poff Read more

Ok, I'm a real estate agent and I spend a lot of time I my car and I eat a lot of fast food. The food was hot and fresh, but the... Big Mac was assembled incorrectly (bun, bub, burger, burger) which messed up the sauce ratio when I discarded the middle bunbecause the burgers were glued together with cheese. Plus, the lettuce was everywhere making the sandwich an absolute mess toeat. Read more
Slow drive through, slow inside, slow curbed side (literally 20-30 minutes usually and I have to call them to get them to bring... the order out and have had to cancel my order several times for waiting so long). I loath stopping at any McDonald's location inDanville. Even more so when all I order is 1 drink normally. Get it together! Read more
Went through about 10 pm. Ordered 2 quarter pounders, 2 large fries, 2 10 peice nuggets. got home had 2 double hamburgers 2 reg.... fries no chicke nuggets. and they want 15.00 an hour. Read more
