Luv the food can't believe you don't get toast with 3 piece chicken basket and charge $1.90 for 1 slice of toasted bread.

My husband and some of his family ate here today. He asked for chocolate milk with a kids meal and the server acted as if this... was a bizarre request then opened a regular milk and stirred in chocolate sauce. Maybe they were out of the prepackaged? It wasnice of him to make some if they were out, but it was also really weird. Then they watched as the same server dug throughseveral boxes of food (possibly their orders), unwrapped and handled the sandwiches, etc to find another customer's missingorder. My husband and family were told to wait (about 15 minutes), despite that they were not at all busy and their foodappeared ready. Then they were served cold meals, two of which were the wrong order. The burgers tasted like they'd sat outall day and, later, made my husband sick. This location usually has terrible service. I advised him never to return and I haveno idea why they didn't request a refund and go somewhere else. Read more

The waffle biscuit is great. They always ask if I want biscuits and gravy...I always do! Stop by and grab a banana split or a... frozen ice cream cake if you're wanting sweet! KY CBD FARMACY highly recommended for curing the munchies! Read more

I come to this restaurant everyday and literally get the same thing every time. A THIN strawberry milkshake with BLENDED Pecans.... Service be great everytime. However For some reason, it?s one worker who always refuses to make my milkshake with the blendedpecans and says it will break the cup? I know that?s a lie because I get this everytime for over a month. I explained to thewoman I get this everytime everyday with no issues other then when she?s working there. She said she?s the assistant manager andthat?s what her GM told her. I just spoke to her GM the day before and there was no issues. I had to drive off with no ordercompletely unsatisfactory. I hate to have to go somewhere else for a milkshake just because one person lies to make sure I don?tget my order every time. Read more

Any customer of this place that gets breakfast here should ask to see the product they are purchasing before paying for it. I... get my orders to go but, when I get it home it's too late. These people can not bake a bisquit to save their life. Todaysbisquits were not done, the last one I got they were barely done but, they didn't put enough gray in the tray. It's sad how thequality of the American products sold in this country has become. All these American workers want to be paid top pay but, thequality of their work isnt even worth minimum wage. Today I ordered a large blizzard in drive thru. When I got to the window to pay, the girl in drive thru had my blizzard in a... double cup and she said that she could not flip it because of the double cup. My blizzard was really soft and soupy..I asked herwhy my blizzard was in the double cup? She said, "Because your cup has a hole." I pulled the cups apart and my cup did not havea hole. I asked her where was the whole? She said, "I don't know. I didn't make the blizzard." She said, "Have a good day,goodbye, and she closed the drive thru window before I could say anything else. I drove around and went inside to ask for arefund. While standing in line, there were 2 men in front of me getting a blizzard. The same girl handed the man his blizzard.She said I double cupped your blizzard. She did not flip his blizzard. He asked her why she double cupped his blizzard? Shesaid, I don't know. I said because if she did not flip your blizzard, she owes you one. I said she told me the same lie indrive thru. When we arrived and entered the restaurant we stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before we were ever even recognized or... acknowledged.
